After Dispatch: Orders containing perishable items that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or amended. For non-perishable items, please refer to our returns and refunds policy.
Cancellations must be requested through your account on our website or by contacting our customer services. We will confirm cancellation in writing and process any refunds due as soon as possible.

Substitutions: If you wish to make substitutions or changes to your order, we will accommodate requests where the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. However, changes cannot always be guaranteed and are subject to possible price differences.
